I’m a mother of three, a doula, reiki practitioner, and student reflexologist. My path into this work has been shaped by years of caring for my children, working in childcare, living close to nature, and being in spaces rooted in connection, creativity, and community.

I’m drawn to the deeply emotional side of birth and the strength it asks of us. My role is to offer steady, compassionate support so you can feel safe, held, and supported as you move through this experience in a way that most resonates with you.
